Our Chartered Engineers team provides Engineering Consultancy and Engineering services in core areas, include Engineering Design, Detail Engineering, MEP, Zone Area classification, Installation Testing and Commissioning, Noise & Vibration analysis, Power system analysis, Energy Management & Auditing, Training and Technical Documentations. These for Captive & Co-gen power plants for Refinery, Gas Turbine power generation packaging , FPSO, Offshore structures, Petrochemicals, CHP, WHRU and Waste management plants.
We have enrolled into the incubation cell in Mahatma Gandhi (MG) University, Kottayam and closely associating with CSIR-CSIO for developing new products in connection with HSE. The main innovative projects that we are working on:
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is highly required to disinfect everything that a person comes into contact with. When used correctly with proper safety measures, UV-C can be an effective method of disinfection for currency notes, coins, bank cards, safety masks, HVAC circulating air, water etc. When performing UV-C disinfection, we aim for Log 3 or better reduction in virus, bacteria, fungi that tainted on any surfaces. In order to increase the reliability of UV-C based Surface/ Air/Water Disinfection Systems, using indigenously developed cost effective electronics UV light failure detection units. The UV-C HVAC Air Duct Disinfection System is developed as a retrofittable unit into existing HVAC circular or rectangular air ducts. WHATSAYS is our electrical and electronics wing, taking care of disinfection products and its installations.
The water hyacinth is considered among the most invasive plant species in the world and this ‘wicked weed’ that’s spoiling India’s rivers and situation is worst in Kuttanad area, Kerala. We found feasible solutions to this health and environment issue by producing biogas and commercial products from water hyacinth and food industry waste and possible to supply biogas for cooking and other applications locally in Kuttanad area.
To avoid unnecessary human effort on hauling activity for making bund along canals and rivers, we are developing cost effective material handling equipment. This engineering solution is well suited for reducing unnecessary human effort arising where a manual load- carrying mode of haulage is used on complex terrain with very limited accessibility of vehicles. This product is the substitution of labour and equipment in Civil Construction for restricting the entry of flood water into paddy fields. Design, detail engineering and material selection is already completed.
